As per the schedule given by PCB for groupstage, Peshawar Zalmi will play their first two matches at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore. After the first three matches at Lahore they will move to Karachi for the next six matches then Peshawar Zalmi will again travel to Lahore for their last two matches of group stage.
Peshawar Zalmi will be playing against Lahore Qalandar, Quetta Gladiators and Karachi Kings twice at a group stage, and they will be facing Rawalpindiz, Islamabad United, Multan Sultans and Hyderabad Kingsmen for one time each at group stage.
