As per the fixtures displayed by the PCB for groupstage, Lahore Qalandars will play their first three matches at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore. After that they will be travelling to Karachi for the next four matches then Lahore Qalandars will again travel to Lahore again for their last two matches of group stage.

As per scheduled group stage Quetta Gladiators, Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings will meet Lahore Qalandars twice, whereas Lahore Qalandars will encounter Rawalpindiz, Islamabad United, Multan Sultans and Hyderabad Kingsmen for one time each at group stage.
