As per the fixtures announced by the PCB for groupstage, Quetta Gladiators will play their first four matches at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore. After the first four matches at Lahore they will be travelling to Karachi for the next four matches then Quetta Gladiators will be back to Lahore again for their last two matches of group stage.

Quetta Gladiators will be playing against Lahore Qalandar, Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings twice at a group stage, and they will be facing Rawalpindiz, Islamabad United, Multan Sultans and Hyderabad Kingsmen for one time each at group stage.
